      You need a TTY program that allows you to access your server and run 
commands on it from your local winblows machine.  If you do not have such a 
program try PuTTY at 
<http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html>.
      Once you get the TTY working you log in, and enter the commands I 
gave.  You may need to spend some time in a Linux book or a Linux web site 
before you are ready to try installing.
