[Mailman-Users] Anyone out there, PLEASE help me!

My mailman installation never works, and nobody could figure it out, but 
can someone PLEASE help me?!?!?!?!

/var/lib/mailman/qfiles/2d66aa6089825227497bec24a7f79dc14b631b66.db doesn't 
exisit, the directory is in fact empty. What's wrong?
