[Mailman-Users] v2.1.1 and Archive download problem

Changing your Apache (or other web server software) mime.types file for
the line that says text/plain from:

	text/plain                      asc txt

...to:

	text/plain                      asc txt mbox

...seemed to do the trick for us over here at elists.org.
