Firstly, you need to run the script via the withlist command as specified in
the help.  You should be able to run it like so:

    bin/withlist -l -r fix_url listname

and it should pick up the new settings.  I know I've done this a few times,
though it's been a while so hopefully I'm not skipping anything important.
