[Mailman-Users] mailman cron strangeness

Added note:

Moved /var/cron/tabs/mailman to /var/cron/tabs/root and qrunner works 
properly.

So, there's something keeping cron from doing the right thing as mailman.

Running the cron file as root works well enough, but I'd like to have 
things work normally without the workaround.
