Yea,

I tried that and it works! Thanks. I am not sure why the admin disabled the
qrunner since March yet had other processes running. After commenting back
in the cronjob, the emails that were queued since, splurged and were
delivered :) yupee

Check to see that cron is running and then run qrunner by hand (using
the format of the mailman cron job that runs every minute).
