[Mailman-Users] relay host

Check the timestamp on /etc/mail/access.db .  has it been updated?  run `make` 
in the /etc/mail directory (if there's a Makefile), specifically you need to run:

makemap hash access.db < access

That's the only thing that jumps out at me.
