Postfix will execute the wrapper with the permissions of the owner of
the aliases file.  If that file is owned by the superuser, Postfix
will fall back to a "nobody" user (configurable).

You probably want your Mailman aliases stored in an aliases file owned
by the mailman user (probably with group ID 12).
