[Mailman-Users] How to determine which addresses on a list a message was sent to

Is there a log that shows which addresses a message was sent to?
We had a problem were duplicate messages were sent to some users while others did not receive it. I want to re-send the message, but not to all 1500 subscribers of the list. I have the .msg and .db for the original message.
