[Mailman-Users] Change Headers

I like the mailman system. However, I run a particular list and I am 
the only one who can subscribe/unsubscribe members and no members can 
use the list to send messages to other members. Therefore, what I 
would like to be able to do is eliminate the header area that 
displays the following:

List-Help: <mailto:peer-resources-request at ml.islandnet.com?subject=help>
List-Post: <mailto:peer-resources at ml.islandnet.com>
List-Subscribe: <http://ml.islandnet.com/mailman/listinfo/peer-resources>,
	<mailto:peer-resources-request at ml.islandnet.com?subject=subscribe>
List-Id: A monthly newsletter for Peer Resources Network members 
only. <peer-resources.ml.islandnet.com>
List-Unsubscribe: <http://ml.islandnet.com/mailman/listinfo/peer-resources>,
	<mailto:peer-resources-request at ml.islandnet.com?subject=unsubscribe>

Is it possible to get rid of this portion?
