[Mailman-Users] ghost in the admin db?

Only valid for v2.0.8 actually, as we always assume that users have upgraded
to the latest stable version.

I imagine that there will be a bit of parallelism going on during the
transition to v2.1.0, but folks will be encouraged to do any new work on
v2.1.
