[Mailman-Users] drop mail from posters who are not subscribed!

Is there a way to configure mailman to simply drop mail sent from people
who are not subscribed? All the spam attempts I see would make this a
wonderful capability to have. I get very tired of having to go and
manually deal with all of them.
