[Mailman-Users] Warning: Unrecognized character set: utf-8

The other day I started getting this error message emailed to me from
MailMan after a few people posted messages to the system:
 
Warning: Unrecognized character set: utf-8
 
The Subject on the email is:
Cron <mailman at portal> /usr/bin/python -S /home/mailman/cron/qrunner
 
Anyone know what might be causing this or how I can debug?
 
Using Mailman 2.0.10 on RedHat 7.2
