[Mailman-Users] drop mail from posters who are not sub'd

Anyone have an answer for this?  I would rather not know that people who are
not subscribed to the list have tried to post.  Instead, I would like to
send them an email of how to join.

Chuck, if you can see this message you may want to know your spam filter
isn't too robust.  My email to you has been rejected twice.
