HI!

You should reinstall mailman with the right parameters:

Solution:
% make clean
% ./configure --with-the-right-options => ./configure --with-cgi-gdi="write 
here the same value for group, which you are using in httpd.conf, it is 
maybe:  nobody"
% make install
