[Mailman-Users] changing the message at the botton of the email

Go to your "Regular-member (non-digest) Options " section of the admin 
area, and you'll see "Footer added to mail sent to regular list members" 
as the last option you can configure.  There is a similar option in the 
"Digest member options" page.
