[Mailman-Users] changing the message at the botton of the email

Hi All,

How do you change the message at the bottom of the
email, that mailman appends to the message. Currently
my users see the following message:

-----------------------
test-list mailing list
test-list at my.server.com
http://my.server.com/mailman/listinfo/test-list
-------------------

I want to change the message to customize and make it
more descriptive.
