[Mailman-Users] creating list takes forever

Hello:

Recently when trying to create a new list after asking me for a password the programs hangs, if I press ^C i got this:

    self.__lock.lock()

  File "/var/mailman/Mailman/LockFile.py", line 424, in __sleep
    time.sleep(interval)
KeyboardInterrupt

And the list, of course it's not created, but the corresponding directory with al the lists it's created with no files inside.

I cannot create new lists. Is there any way to fix (upgrading for rewriting files, or something) this or creating the new lists manually?

I have Mailman version 2.0.11 and redhat 7.2 with several 7.3 patches.
