[Mailman-Users] How to modify listinfo and admin pages (HTML)

I have created templates consistent with our styles for any new lists
that get created.  However, I cannot find a way to modify the
listinfo/admin pages as they seem to be dynamically created.  Is there
any way to modify these pages globally?
