[Mailman-Users] Mailman and Majordomo Sytle Commands

I just downloaded and installed Mailman 2.0.10
and I was going through the Mailman features and it
states that Mailman supports Majordomo-style email
based commands is this true for subscribing and
unsubscribing from a list? If so what e-mail would
they need to e-mail and what syntax to use?

Any help would greatly be appreciated.
