[Mailman-Users] relay problem

i have set up mailman on my linux box and it also works fine as long as
i subscribe adresses from our own domain.
when i subscribe adresses from other domains i get an entry in my
maillog that says "we do not relay".
it has to do something with sending mail to an alias i.e. mylist-admin
,I think, but how do I solve this problem?
