[Mailman-Users] mail slipping through

Hi,

Mailman V2.01 using Exim V3.20

my list is setup so that all mail must be approved by the moderator and only
members may post to the list, but there are mail messages getting to the
clients without it being held for approval. 

My list server currently has 40 lists with *5000 clients per list.

I need to know what I can do to secure my lists more.
