[Mailman-Users] newlist don't make aliases

Try the -o option for newlist.

    -o file
    --output=file
        Append the alias setting recommendations to file, in addition to
        printing them to standard output.

Change file to whatever your aliases file is. Of course the user running
newlist needs permission to edit that file.
