Hello,
I went in and checked. The only thing I changed was,
in the privacy options, this one:
"Must posts have list named in destination (to, cc) field (or be among the 
acceptable alias names, specified below)? (Details) No Yes"
I chose "no".
I think the program doesn't recognize members when this option is checked 
"yes" and so you have to approve them.
See if this works, and let me know.
