It's easier than that, but it's still more difficult than it should
be.  I.e. it requires a handful of shell commands to accomplish.

Since I need to do this for one of our zope.org lists, I will document
the steps in the FAQ and post a follow up with those instructions.
Eventually, I'll either document it in the Real Manual I intend to
write, or I'll write a script to make it easy.
