[Mailman-Users] Command line tools

Hi list, I recall a little while ago seeing a batch of command line
tools for administration of a mailman list, mainly to confirm messages
held for moderation etc.  They were not part of the main mailman
distribution, and I have lost the bookmark to the ftp site which they
came from.  Does anyone know the tools I'm talking about and if so do
you have a curent URL for them?
