Thanks for the info.  However it doesn't quite appear to do what I
require.

What I am after is email based posting moderation.  With majordomo
incomming mail messages to a moderated list are bounced to the list admin.
The admin recieves a full copy of the mail and can simply forward the
message back to the list with an included approval password.  Majordomo
looks for this password and if correct it removes the password header from
the list and passes the message on to the list.

With mailman the user is forced to open a web browser to approve the
message.  It is also does not include the message awaiting approval when
it notifies the list administrator.  Again this forces the admin to go to
the web to read the message to discover if it is urgent in nature.
