Is it worth it? I've done studies on this, and the people who care
are only about 2% of the user base. When do you add enough
configurable options that even the experts get confused?
Stripping addresses in the To/Cc are fairly easy to do. Doing it
configurable per user is a different beast. Is the added
functionality worth the work? Maybe, but I'd say it's a really low
priority.
