[Mailman-Users] URL missing /mailman/ part

This sounds like errors before 2.0final; which version did you install?

In any case, check that DEFAULT_URL is set to a value containing a trailing slash.
(i.e. http://hostname/mailman/).  The definition should be in mm_cfg.py.
