[Mailman-Users] new mailman problem

The problem was only in Netscape, although now email bounces with the 
following message:

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs
554 "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper post metamembers"... Service unavailable

How do I make it work?
