[Mailman-Users] Getting the raw list of users

The people that run mailing lists on my servers would like to be able to get
at a raw list of the email addresses.  (i.e. as a .txt file, instead of
.html).  Preferably using a URL that they can "wget" and pipe to other
processing scripts.  They do not have logins on the server itself.

Is there such a URL?
