look at the ~mailman/bin/arch program.

how easy this is depends on how well formatted your listserv archives are.
if they are in standard mbox format then arch should be able to deal with
them.  you could just cat the old mbox archives together with any existing
mailman mbox archive file for a list, delete the existing html archives 
and then run arch against the entire mbox file to recreate all the html
archives for the list.

i had some very messy old listproc archives which i had to pre-process
with formail (from the procmail package) to get a decent format that arch
could deal with.
