[Mailman-Users] ISO-8859-1 chars don't appear correctly on archives

Hi!


I have a mailing list where people write in brazilian portuguese
(pt_BR) and consequently with iso-8859-1 chars. While the messages
appears ok, when I look into the archive I see the text in a wrong
way: 

Ol=E1,
=20
=20
Como se faz a substitui=E7=E3o de palavras no
Emacs em modo PO.


"Ol=E1" should be "Olá". 


Any hints on what may be causing that?
