[Mailman-Users] How to solve SMTP relaying denied problems

I add a line "define(`LOCAL_RELAY', `myhost.yyy.com') in sendmail.mc and run
m4 /etc/sendmail.mc > /etc/sendmail.cf
Is it right?

However, I receive the following message after sending test message to the
mailing list:
