[Mailman-Users] wrapper problems

hello all,

i am having some wrapper problems.

i was getting the error:
sh: wrapper not available for sendmail programs
554 "|/home/mailman/mail/wrapper mailowner test"... Service unavailable

i followed the directions listed in the install, and now i am receiving
this error:

i see that it is a permission error, but where?
