Really?  Did you check on the 'archival options' page?  If the setting is
to archive every month, and you just installed a few days ago, chances are
it hasn't had a chance to archive yet.  To test, you might want to change
it to weekly or daily basis, post some test messages, and see if it still
doesn't do it.
