[Mailman-Users] list member only receiving message from the administrator

Hello, 
I'd like to now if it is possible to configure a mailing list
in order that list member can not send messages to this list, 
but can only receive message from the administrator.

I guess, I could do it, with the privacy option, either :
with General posting  filters, ask approval for every post, but 
never accept any ;)
or with Spam-specific posting filters, hold posts with header value
matching all the list members..(expet admin ;)
or use forbidden_posters option, witch I didn't found..

But, it doesn't look very clean ..

Is there any options, to allow or not, posting from members ?
