[Mailman-Users] subscribe not getting posted info

You type your email address password, and password again, 

there are 2 problems.

First: the radio buttons that are supposed to exist after 
"Would you like to receive list mail batched in a daily digest? "
don't exist.

also, after entering your email address and password and hit submit, 
the subscription results page that comes up says:

You must supply a valid email address.
You must supply a valid password, and confirm it.

It strikes me that the cgi simply isn't getting the posted data.
Any help appreciated.
