Getting these errors in the logs:

This may be related to my next question which is why can i not approve 
posts?  I have around 40,000 subscribers to this announce-only list.  Every 
time the approve post option is selected, the browser goes out to make a 
request and eventually comes back with a Document contains no data error. 
The post never goes out.  This listed was tested extensively with smaller 
numbers of users in the previous weeks, and seemed to work fine in the 
small cases.  Is there a limitation on mailman for # of subscribers?

Any insight would be appreciated.
