[Mailman-Users] Hurricane Floyd

[Listwrangler]

Well, I'm high and dry after Hurricane Floyd, I personally suffered little
damage. However, my local ISP was flooded and then caught fire, and so is
completely rebuilding their system. Service is badly disrupted. I presume
therefore that the following error message will resolve itself as they
repair and rebuild. However, I'm curious to know what it means anyhow.

Could somebody parse this table for me?
