[Mailman-Users] "error decoding authorisation cookie" + upgrade question

Check to make sure those list administrators haven't turned off cookies in
their web browsers.  Mailman requires them.  The fact that administration
works for you and/or other browsers seems to indicate that this is what
they've done.
