[Mailman-Users] Problems with mailman

Hey folks,
Was wondering if anyone can help Me here,

Basic issue I'm having is.. that whenever the web interface makes a change
to the config.db , it changes it to uid www and gid www
(The User and group of the web daemon)
As you can imagine.. this causes all sorts of issues with it then not being
able to read it again.

Also.... I checked another server and the file permissions are being
incorrrectly set. Both servers have the httpd configured exactly alike.

This is what I'm talking about :
Working Server :

-rw-rw-r--      1 mailman  mailman  26393 Nov 14 20:56 config.db.last

etc etc

Trouble Server :
-rw-rw----   1 www      www        106542 Nov 20 16:22 config.db
-rw-rw----   1 www      www        106430 Nov 20 14:24 config.db.last
etc.

Any work arounds For this? It's driving me insane.
