[Mailman-Users] Administration w/o site password?

I've created my first mailing list, but it doesn't seem like I can
administer it via the password that was sent to me.  I have to use the
site password.

Obviously, I want to have mailing list-specific passwords in order to
delegate administration to others without giving them the site password.

What am I missing?
