[Mailman-Users] Restricting subscriptions

Is there a way to limit the users that can subscribe to lists based on domain name. I know you can have confirmations on or off, but can I have confirm off for *.eskom.co.za and confirm on for anybody else that attempts to subscribe to a list. The reason that I want this is that I have a machine with both private and public (internet) lists and I do not want Internet users being able to subscribe to our intrenal lists. Making the lists hidden is also not an option as the users cannot see them on the web.
