[Mailman-Users] Herbal-Rx digest, Vol 1 #18 - 1 msg (fwd)

I've had several complaints about digests sending duplicate messages, I'm
not sure where to get meaningful debugging information (I'll help out in
any way I can). Here is the message:

---------- Forwarded message ----------
Date: Thu, 12 Aug 1999 08:53:04 -0600
From: "Rex W. Force, Pharm.D." <force at otc.isu.edu>
To: kelleyc at otc.isu.edu
Subject: Herbal-Rx digest, Vol 1 #18 - 1 msg

This is the message I keep getting....probably 200 times over the last
week. I finally unsubscribed to see if it would stop.
