[Mailman-Users] `Moderated' list bypass feature doesn't work for me

The fix is simple, first, make sure you are using 1.0b11, then add 
"USE_ENVELOPE_SENDER = 0" (without the quotes) to mm_cfg.py, this 
will make it use the "From:" header for the match instead of the 
envelope sender.
