I suspect that there won't be as much overlap between Mailman 2 and 3  
source strings as perhaps we'd like.  I certainly don't want to force  
as much conservatism as we have between Mailman 2.1.x versions.  We  
should have the freedom to improve our texts for MM3 without worrying  
too much about having to retranslate.
