That's pretty funny! :)

A 'pickle' is a Python-specific object serialization format.  It's a way
to take a bunch of live Python objects, and store them in such a way
that they can be reconstituted later.  Mailman's "database" consists of
pickles stored in files.

Truth be told, it's a bit surprising that we have to translate those
phrases since I doubt most Mailman users would understand what it means
anyway. ;)
