[Mailman-i18n] Spanish translation corrections

We've patched our local installation of 2.1.7 with some corrections for some
typos and odd phrasings in the Spanish messages and templates, provided by one
of our users. Some of the typos are rather unsightly such as "&oacute" in the
HTML template, with missing closing semicolon. :)
