[Mailman-i18n] Last chance to update for 2.1.6 final

I just wanted to let all language champions know that this is your last
chance to update your translations for 2.1.6 final.  With 2.1.6rc3 and
the last couple of post-rc3 changes, I'm feeling pretty good about this
release.  I'd like to see us get it out by the end of this month, if not
a little sooner.

So please finish and checkin, or submit, your updates for 2.1.6 final
within the next week.  If you have some important pending changes that
you need a little more time for, please let Tokio and myself know as
soon as possible.
